ଭାରତର ଜାତୀୟ ପାର୍କ ସମୂହର ତାଲିକା
ଭାରତର ଜାତୀୟ ପାର୍କ ସମୂହ IUCN category II ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ସଂରକ୍ଷିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ । ଭାରତର ପ୍ରଥମ ଜାତୀୟ ପାର୍କ 1936 ମସିହାରେ ହାଇଲେ ଜାତୀୟ ପାର୍କ ନାମରେ ସ୍ଥାପିତ ହେଇଥିଲା । ତାହାକୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଜିମ କରବେଟ୍ଟ ଜାତୀୟ ପାର୍କ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଏ ଓ ଏହୟା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ରାଜ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ତରଖଣ୍ଡରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ । 1970 ମସିହା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଭାରତରେ ମାତ୍ର 5ଟି ଜାତୀୟ ପାର୍କ ଥିବା ସ୍ଥଳେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ 2015 ସୁଦ୍ଧା 103ଟି ଜାତୀୟ ପାର୍କ ରହିଛି । ଏହି ପାର୍କ ସମୂହର ସମୁଦାଯ ଆୟତନ 40,500 ବର୍ଗ କିଲୋମିଟର ବା ଭାରତର ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ [୧]ଆୟତନର 1.23 % ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ।
ଆହୁରି ଅନେକ ଜାତୀୟ ପାର୍କ ସ୍ଥାପନ ସହ ବନ୍ୟା ଜନ୍ତୁ ତଥା ଉଦ୍ଭିଦର ସୁରାକ୍ଷ୍ୟା ପ୍ରଦାନ ପାଇଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଆ ଯାଉଛି ।
