ସିକ୍ଲୋପିରୋକ୍ସ (ସିପିଏକ୍ସ) ହେଉଛି ଏକ କବକରୋଧୀ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଡର୍ମାଟୋଫାଇଟୋସିସ, ପିଟିରିଆସିସ ଭର୍ସିକୋଲର୍, ଚର୍ମ କାଣ୍ଡିଡିଆସିସ, ସେବୋରିକ ଡର୍ମାଟାଇଟିସ ଏବଂ ଓନିକୋମାଇକୋସିସ ସଂକ୍ରମଣରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧] ଏହା ଏକ ଜେଲ୍, କ୍ରିମ୍ କିମ୍ବା ନେଲପଲିସ୍ ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରୟୋଗ କରାଯାଏ ।^[୨]

ଏହାକୁ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ସହ୍ୟ କରିହୁଏ ।^[୨] ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ସାମାନ୍ୟ ଲାଲ ରଙ୍ଗ ଏବଂ ଜ୍ୱଳନ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ହୋଇପାରେ।^[୨] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ କ୍ଷତିର କୌଣସି ପ୍ରମାଣ ନଥିବାବେଳେ, ଏପରି ବ୍ୟବହାର ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ ।^[୩] ଏହାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟବିଧି ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ କବକରୋଧୀଠାରୁ ଭିନ୍ନ ।^[୨]

୧୯୮୨ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ସିକ୍ଲୋପିରକ୍ସ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୧] ଏହା ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ ଔଷଧ ଭାବରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ।^[୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୬.୬ ମିଲି ନେଲପଲିସ ଥିବା ଏକ ବୋତଲର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୬ ଡଲାର ।^[୪]
