ଫଲିନିକ ଏସିଡ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Folinic acid, ଅନ୍ୟ ନାମ ଲିଉକୋଭୋରିନ) ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ମେଥୋଟ୍ରେକ୍ସେଟ ଓ ପାଇରିମେଥାମିନ ଔଷଧମାନଙ୍କର ବିଷାକ୍ତ ପ୍ରଭାବ କମେଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରାଯାଏ । ^[୧]^[୨] ଆଉ ମଧ୍ୟ ବୃହଦନ୍ତ୍ର-ମଳାଶୟ କର୍କଟ ରୋଗ ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ଏହା ୫-ଫ୍ଲୋରୋୟୁରାସିଲ (5-fluorouracil) ସ‌ହିତ ଦିଆଯାଏ; ଆନିମିଆ ରୋଗରେ ହେଉଥିବା ଫୋଲେଟ ଅଭାବ (folate deficiency) ନହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ଓ ମେଥାନୋଲ ବିଷକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୨]^[୩] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ତ‌ଥା ମାଂସପେଶୀରେ (injection into a muscle) ଓ ଶିରାଭ୍ୟନ୍ତର (injection into a vein) ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୨]

ଫଲିନିକ ଏସିଡର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ନିଦ୍ରା ସମସ୍ୟା, ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା (allergic reactions) ଓ ଜ୍ୱର ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧]^[୨] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥା ଓ ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ ସମୟରେ ଏହା ନିରାପଦ ଜଣାଯାଏ ।^[୧] ପର୍ନିସିଅସ ଆନିମିଆ (pernicious anemia) କାରଣ ନଥିବା ପ୍ରମାଣିତ କରି ଆନିମିଆ ରୋଗରେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଫଲିନିକ ଏସିଡ ଏକ ପ୍ରକାର ଫୋଲିକ ଏସିଡ ଯାହାର ଦେହରେ କାମ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଡାଇହାଇଡ୍ରୋଫୋଲେଟ ରେଡକ୍ଟେଜଦ୍ୱାରା (dihydrofolate reductase) ସକ୍ରିୟ ହେବାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ନଥାଏ ।^[୨]
