ପାଟିସିରାନ, ଅନ୍‌ପାଟ୍ରୋ ହେଉଛି ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ, ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ବଂଶାନୁକ୍ରମିକ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଥାଇରେଟିନ୍-ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥ ଆମ୍ଲଏଡୋସିସ୍ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କଠାରେ ହେଉଥିବା ପଲିନିରୋରୋପାଥି ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧] ଏହା ଏକ ଶିରାରେ ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକ୍ସନ ଦେଇ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୨]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ଶ୍ୱାସନଳୀ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ, ଅଣନିଶ୍ୱାସ, ମାଂସପେଶୀ ସ୍ପାଜ୍ମ, ଗଣ୍ଠି ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ଲାଲ ରଙ୍ଗ ଏବଂ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବୁଲାଇବା ହୋପାରେ ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଜୀବସାର କ ଅଭାବ ହୋପାରେ ।^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ; ଯଦିଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାଣୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ କ୍ଷତି ଦେଖାଏ । ^[୧] ଏହା ଆରଏନଏର (RNA) ଏକ ଛୋଟ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଯାହା ଅସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଥାଇରେଟିନ ଉତ୍ପାଦନକୁ ଅବରୋଧ କରିଥାଏ ।^[୩]

୨୦୧୮ ମସିହାରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଏବଂ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ପାଟିସିରାନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୩] ^[୧] ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୧୦ ମିଗ୍ରାର ଏକ ଭାଏଲର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୭୭୦୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଥିଲା ।^[୨] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୪]
