ଶମ୍ଭୁ ମିତ୍ର (୨୨ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୧୯୧୫ - ୧୯ ମଇ ୧୯୯୭) ଜଣେ ବଙ୍ଗଳା ଭାଷାର ନାଟ୍ୟକାର, ଅଭିନେତା, ତଥା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଥିଲେ। ୧୯୪୮ ମସିହାରେ ସେ କଲିକତାରେ ବହୁରୂପୀ ନାମକ ନାଟକ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ ଯାହା ଆନୁକୂଲ୍ୟରେ ପଥିକ, ରକ୍ତ କରବୀ, ଓ ବିସର୍ଜନ ଆଦି ନାଟକ ଅଭିନୀତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଧରତି କେ ଲାଲ (୧୯୪୬) ସମେତ ସତରଟି କଥାଚିତ୍ରରେ ସେ ଅଭିନୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
