ପ୍ରିଗାବାଲିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Pregabalin, ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ ଲିରିକା/ Lyrica) ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଅପସ୍ମାର ବାତ, ସ୍ନାୟୁ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା (neuropathic pain), ଫାଇବ୍ରୋମ୍ୟାଲ୍‌ଜିଆ, ରେସ୍ଟଲେସ ଲେଗ୍ସ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ଓ ଜେନେରାଲାଇଜ୍‌ଡ ଆଙ୍ଗଜାଇଟି ଡିଜଅର୍ଡ଼ର (generalized anxiety disorder) ରୋଗମାନଙ୍କର ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୯][୧୦][୧୧] ଆଂଶିକ ବାତ (partial seizure) ନିମନ୍ତେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦିଅଯାଇପାରେ ।[୯] ଅପରେଶନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କଲେ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କମିଯାଏ କିନ୍ତୁ ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତି ତ‌ଥା ନିଦ୍ରା ଆସେ ଓ ଚକ୍ଷୁ ସମସ୍ୟା ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ହୁଏ ।[୧୨] ପାଟିରେ ଏହି ଔଷଧ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୯]
