ଟେସାମୋରେଲିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Tesamorelin), ଏଗ୍ରିଫ୍ଟା ଏହାର ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଏଚ.ଆଇ.ଭି ସହ ଜଡିତ ଲାଇପୋଡିଷ୍ଟ୍ରୋଫି ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ। ।^[୨] ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଏହା ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ପେଟର ଚର୍ବି ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ଚର୍ମ ତଳେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୨]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଗଣ୍ଠି ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ଇଞ୍ଜେକ୍ସନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଲାଲ ରଙ୍ଗ, ଏବଂ ଗୋଡ ଫୁଲା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ଏବଂ କର୍କଟ ରୋଗ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଏହା ଗ୍ରୋଥ-ହରମୋନ-ରିଲିଜିଙ୍ଗ-ହରମୋନର (growth-hormone-releasing hormone/GHRH) ଏକ ଉତ୍ପାଦିତ ରୂପ ।^[୨]

୨୦୧୦ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଟେସାମୋରେଲିନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୨] ୟୁରୋପରେ ଏହା ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ନୁହେଁ ।^[୩] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ପିଛା ମାସକୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୬,୪୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୪]
