ଅଣଚାଶ ପବନ
ଅଣଚାଶ ପବନ, (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Death rattle, terminal respiratory secretions), ଅନ୍ୟ ନାମ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଣ୍ଟି, ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଶବ୍ଦ ଭାବରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜଣାଶୁଣା, କୁହାଯାଏ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଶ୍ୱାସକ୍ରିୟା ଶବ୍ଦ ବହୁତ ଜୋରରେ ଶୁଣାଯାଏ ଓ ଏହା ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଘଟେ ।[୨] ଏହା ଘଣ୍ଟା ଘଣ୍ଟା ଧରି ରହିପାରେ ଏବଂ ସାଧାରଣତଃ କିଛି ଘଣ୍ଟାରୁ କିଛି ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୁଏ ।[୩] ପରିବାର ଏବଂ ଯତ୍ନ ନେଉଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହା କଷ୍ଟପ୍ରଦ ହୁଏ ।[୨]

ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ସମୟ ପାଖ ହୋଇ ଆସିଲେ ଗିଳିବା ଶକ୍ତି ଚାଲିଯାଏ ଓ ଲାଳ ତଥା ଶ୍ୱାସନଳୀରେ ଜାତ ହେଉଥିବା ସ୍ରାବ ଜମୁଥିବାରୁ ଏହି ଶବ୍ଦ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଉଥିବା ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରାଯାଏ ।[୩][୪] ଏହାକୁ କେହି କେହି ଭୁଲରେ ଗଳା ରୁଦ୍ଧ କହନ୍ତି । ମସ୍ତିଷ୍କ ଆଘାତ ଓ ଆମାୟୋଟ୍ରୋଫିକ୍ ଲାଟେରାଲ ସ୍କ୍ଲେରୋସିସ୍ ରୋଗରେ ଏହିପରି ଶବ୍ଦ ବାହାରିଥାଏ ।
ପରିବାର ଲୋକାଙ୍କୁ ଆଶ୍ୱାସନା, ରୋଗୀର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ, କମ୍ ତରଳ ପଦାର୍ଥ ଦେବା, ପାଟି ସକସନ କରିବା ଓ ଆଣ୍ଟିକଲିନର୍ଜିକ ଔଷଧ ଦେଇ ଉପଚାର କରାଯାଏ ।[୩][୪] ଆଣ୍ଟିକଲିନର୍ଜିକ ଔଷଧ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହାୟୋସିନ, ହାୟୋସ୍ୟାମିନ, ଗ୍ଲାଇକୋପାଇରୋଲେଟ ବା ଆଟ୍ରୋପିନ ଦିଆଯାଇପାରେ । ଏହି ଉପଚାର ପରିବାରର ଲୋକ ବା ସାହାଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ଲୋକମାନେ କରନ୍ତି । ୨୫%ରୁ ୯୦% ଲୋକଙ୍କର ଏହି ଅଣଚାଶ ହୁଏ ।[୨]
