ଡାନାଜୋଲ
ଡାନାଜୋଲ, (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Danazol) ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ ଡାନୋକ୍ରାଇନ (Danocrine) ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଏଣ୍ଡୋମେଟ୍ରିଓସିସ, ଫାଇବ୍ରୋସିସ୍ଟିକ ସ୍ତନ ରୋଗ ଓ ହେରେଡିଟାରି ଆଞ୍ଜିଓଇଡିମା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ରୋଗମାନଙ୍କର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୯] ଏଣ୍ଡୋମେଟ୍ରିଓସିସ ରୋଗରେ ଡାନାଜୋଲ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ହେତୁ ଗୋନାଡ଼ୋଟ୍ରପିନ-ରିଲିଜିଙ୍ଗ ହରମୋନ ଆନାଲଗ (GnRH analogues) ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ଅସାମୟିକ ଯୌବନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଏହି ଔଷଧ ପ୍ରଭାବହୀନ ହୁଏ ।[୧୦] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।

ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଓଜନ ବୃଦ୍ଧି, ବ୍ରଣ, ଅସ୍ଥାନ କେଶ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଓ ସ୍ୱର ମୋଟା ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୧୧] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ରକ୍ତ ଜମାଟ, ଯକୃତ ସମସ୍ୟା, ଆକ୍ରମଣାତ୍ମକ ଓ ଇଡିଓପାଥି ଇଣ୍ଟ୍ରାକ୍ରାନିଆଲ ହାଇପରଟେନସନ ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୧୦] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇପାରେ । ଏହା ଯୌନ ସ୍ଟିରଏଡ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି କମେଇଦିଏ, କିନ୍ତୁ ପ୍ରୋଜେଷ୍ଟେରନ ବା ଏଷ୍ଟ୍ରୋଜେନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ କିଛି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ ।
ଡାନାଜୋଲ ପ୍ରଥମେ ୧୯୬୩ ମସିହାରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଓ ୧୯୭୧ ମସିହାରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।[୧୨][୧୩] ଏହା ଜେନେରିକ ନାମରେ ମିଳେ ।[୧୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାରେ ୨୦୦ ମିଗ୍ରା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ୬୦ଟି ବଟିକାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୧୧୫ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା । ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏହା ବିଶେଷ ଆଦେଶରେ ମିଳେ ।[୯]
