ସଫିନାମାଇଡ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Safinamide), ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜାଡାଗୋ ଏହାର ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା କେବେ କେବେ ହେଉଥିବା (off episodes) ପାର୍କିନ୍‌ସନ୍ ରୋଗ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଅଧିକତର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଭାବରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୨] ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଏହା ଲେଭୋଡୋପା-କାର୍ବିଡୋପା ସହିତ ଏକତ୍ର ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୨] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୨]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଶୋଇବାରେ ଅସୁବିଧା, ଗତି ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରିବାରେ ଅସୁବିଧା, ନିଦ୍ରା, ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବୁଲାଇବା, ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା, ମୋତିଆବିନ୍ଦୁ, ଏବଂ ଠିଆ ହେବା ସହିତ ନିମ୍ନ ରକ୍ତଚାପ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ।^[୩] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଉଚ୍ଚ ରକ୍ତଚାପ, ସେରୋଟୋନିନ୍ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ, ହଠାତ୍ ଶୋଇବା ଆରମ୍ଭ, ଅଦମ୍ୟ ଜୁଆ ଖେଳ ଇଚ୍ଛା ଏବଂ ହାଲୁସିନେସନ ହୋଇପାରେ | ^[୨] ମୋନୋଆମିନୋ ଅକ୍ସିଡେଜ ବିର ଏକ ପ୍ରତିବନ୍ଧକ ଏବଂ ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ଡୋପାମିନ୍‌ର ସ୍ତର ବଢ଼ିଯାଏ ।^[୩]

୨୦୧୫ ମସିହାରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ,^[୩] ୨୦୧୭ରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ^[୨] ଏବଂ ୨୦୧୯ରେ କାନାଡ଼ାରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ସଫିନାମାଇଡ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ମାସର ଔଷଧର ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୭୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଥିଲା ।^[୫] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୬]
