ରୀତିକା ଖେରା ଜଣେ ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିଜ୍ଞା ଓ ସାମାଜିକ ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ । ସେ ଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରବନ୍ଧ ସଂସ୍ଥାନ, ଅହମ୍ମଦାବାଦ (ଆଇଆଇଏମ ଅହମ୍ମଦାବାଦ)ରେ ସହଯୋଗୀ ପ୍ରଫେସର (ଇକୋନୋମିକ୍ସ ଏବଂ ପବ୍ଲିକ୍ ସିଷ୍ଟମ୍ ଗ୍ରୁପ୍) । ଖେରା ଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରୌଦ୍ୟୋଗିକୀ ସଂସ୍ଥାନ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରୁ (ଆଇଆଇଟି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ) ଛୁଟିରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ।

ରୀତିକା ଖେରା ସେ ବରୋଦାସ୍ଥିତ କନଭେଣ୍ଟ ଅଫ ଜୀସସ ଆଣ୍ଡ ମେରିରେ ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍କୁଲପଢ଼ା ଶେଷ କରିଥିଲେ । ମହାରାଜା ସାୟାଜୀରାଓ ୟୁନିଭରସିଟି ଅଫ ବରୋଦାରୁ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିରେ ସ୍ନାତକ, ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସ୍କୁଲ ଅଫ ଇକୋନୋମିକ୍ସରୁ ସ୍ନାତକୋତ୍ତର ଏବଂ ଇଂଲଣ୍ଡର ବ୍ରାଇଟନସ୍ଥିତ ସସେକ୍ସ ୟୁନିଭରସିଟିର ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ ଅଫ ଡେଭଲପମେଣ୍ଟ ଷ୍ଟଡିଜରୁ ବିକାଶ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନରେ ଏମ.ଫିଲ. ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସ୍କୁଲ ଅଫ ଇକୋନୋମିକ୍ସରୁ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିରେ ପି.ଏଚ.ଡି. ଲାଭ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏବଂ ଜଣାଶୁଣା ଅର୍ଥନୀତିଜ୍ଞ ତଥା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକର୍ତ୍ତା, ଜାନ ଡ୍ରେଜେଙ୍କ ସହ ସହଯୋଗ କରନ୍ତି ।

ସେ କିଙ୍ଗ୍ସ କଲେଜ ଲଣ୍ଡନସ୍ଥିତ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ ଫର ଇକୋନୋମିକ ଗ୍ରୋଥ, କମନୱେଲ୍‌ଥ ସ୍କଲାରସିପ ସ୍କିମ, ଏବଂ ପ୍ରିନ୍ସଟନ ୟୁନିଭର୍ସିଟିରୁ (ନୋବେଲ ବିଜେତା ସାର ଆଙ୍ଗସ ଡିଟନ ସହ ଏକ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ) ଫେଲୋସିପ ପାଇଥିଲେ ।
