ପର୍ଶୁରାମ, ୨୫ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୧୮୯୪ ମସିହାରେ ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ବରପାଲି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ତୁଲଣ୍ଡି ଗ୍ରାମରେ ଜନ୍ମଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।<ref>{{cite book|title=Encyclopaedia of Education, Culture and Children's Literature: v. 3.
