"କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ" ପୃଷ୍ଠାର ସଂସ୍କରଣ‌ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତଫାତ

* ମଇକ୍ରୋଗ୍ରାମ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ରୂପ ହେଉଛି “mcg”, ବିଶେଷ ରୂପେ ଔଷଧୀ ଏବଂ ପୁରକ ପୋଷଣ ଲେବଲିଙ୍ଗ ରେ, "μ" ଉପସର୍ଗ ଭଲଭାବେ ଟେକ୍ନିକ ବିଷୟର ବାହାରେ ମାନ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରି ନାହିଁ । ପରେ ଭ୍ରମ ସ୍ଥିତିରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିବା ପାଇଁ <ref>The practice of using the abbreviation “mcg” rather than the SI symbol “µg” was formally mandated for medical practitioners in 2004 by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) in their [http://www.aapmr.org/hpl/pracguide/jcahosymbols.htm “Do Not Use” List: Abbreviations, Acronyms, and Symbols] because hand-written expressions of “µg” can be confused with “mg”, resulting in a thousand-fold overdosing. The mandate was also adopted by the [http://www.ismp.org/ Institute for Safe Medication Practices.]_&nbsp;</ref> ଏହାର ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ନାମ "ମିଲିଗ୍ରାମ" ରଖାଗଲା । ଏହା ୧୦ଗ୍ରାମର ବରାବର ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଟେ ଯାହା "millicentigram" ରୂପେ ଜଣାଶୁଣା ମାପର ଏକ ଅପ୍ରଚଳିତ ତଟରକ୍ଷକ ପୋତ ମାପକ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତୀକ ଅଟେ ।
