ପର୍ଶୁରାମେଶ୍ଵର ମନ୍ଦିର ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଥିବା ଏକ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ମନ୍ଦିର, ଯାହା ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସବୁଠୁ ପୁରୁଣା ମନ୍ଦିର ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ । ଏହା ସବୁଠୁ ଭଲ ଭାବେ ସରଂକ୍ଷିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଏକ ପୁରୁଣା ଉତ୍କଳୀୟ ମନ୍ଦିର ଏବଂ ଏହାର ନିର୍ମାଣ ଖ୍ରୀ.ଅ.୭ମ ରୁ ୮ମ ଶତାବ୍ଦୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶୈଳୋଦଭବ କାଳ ରେ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିରଟି ଭଗବାନ ଶିବଙ୍କୁ ସମର୍ପିତ । ନଗର ଶୈଳୀର ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିର ଟି ଖ୍ରୀ.ଅ. ୬୫୦ ରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ହୋଇଥିବାର ଅନୁମାନ କରାଯାଏ, ତଥା ଏହି ମନ୍ଦିର ୧୦ମ ଶତାବ୍ଦୀ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଓଡିଶାରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ମନ୍ଦିର ସମୂହର ସମସ୍ତ ବିଶେଷତ୍ୱ ବହନ କରେ ।
