ଟେଗାସେରୋଡ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Tegaserod), ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜେଲନର୍ମ୍ ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଇରିଟେବ୍ଲ ବାୱେଲ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ସ‌ହିତ କୋଷ୍ଠକାଠିନ୍ୟ ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ। ^[୧] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୧]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା, ପେଟ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା ଏବଂ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବୁଲାଇବା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ହୃଦ୍‌ଘାତ, ଷ୍ଟ୍ରୋକ ଏବଂ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା ପ୍ରବଣତା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଏହା ଏକ ୫-ଏଚଟି_୪ (5-HT₄₎ ସକ୍ରିୟକାରୀ ଯାହା ଉଭୟ ଅନ୍ତନଳୀ ସଂକୋଚନ ଏବଂ ତାହାଠାରୁ ତରଳ ପଦାର୍ଥ ନିଷ୍କାସନ କରିବାକୁ ସକ୍ରିୟ କରିଥାଏ ।^[୧]

୨୦୦୨ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଟେଗାସେରୋଡ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୧] ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରା ହେତୁ ୨୦୦୭ରେ ଏହାକୁ ବଜାରରୁ ହଟାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା କିନ୍ତୁ ୨୦୧୯ରେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଅନୁମତି ଦିଆଗଲା ।^[୧] ୟୁରୋପରେ ଏହାକୁ ଉଭୟ ୨୦୦୫ ଏବଂ ୨୦୦୬ରେ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ମନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୨] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ମାସକୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୬୦ ଡଲାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।^[୩] ୨୦୨୨ ମସିହାରେ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟିକ କାରଣରୁ ଏହା ବଜାରରୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୪]
