ଜ୍ୟୋତି ଦେଶପାଣ୍ଡେ ଜଣେ ଭାରତୀୟ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ ତଥା ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ନିର୍ମାତା ଅଟନ୍ତି । ସେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଭିଆକମ୍ ୧୮ର ସିଇଓ ଅଟନ୍ତି । ସେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସିଇଓ ଗ୍ରୁପ ଏବଂ ଏରୋସ୍ ଇଣ୍ଟରନ୍ୟାସନାଲର ପରିଚାଳନା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଥିଲେ ।[୧][୨][୩][୪][୫][୬] ଜ୍ୟୋତି ମିଡିଆ ଏବଂ ମନୋରଞ୍ଜନ କମିଟି, FICCIର ସହ-ଚେୟାରମ୍ୟାନ ଭାବରେ ମଧ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି ।[୭][୮]

ଦେଶପାଣ୍ଡେ ୧୯୭୨ ମସିହାରେ ମୁମ୍ବାଇରେ ଜନ୍ମଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ସେ ନରସି ମୋଞ୍ଜି କଲେଜ ଅଫ କମର୍ସ ଆଣ୍ଡ ଇକୋନୋମିକ୍ସରୁ ସ୍ନାତକୋତ୍ତର ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ହାସଲ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ନିଜ ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା କରିବା ପାଇଁ କଲେଜ ସମୟରେ ଟ୍ୟୁସନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ୧୯୯୩ ମସିହାରେ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଏସପି ଜୈନ ଇନଷ୍ଟିଚ୍ୟୁଟ ଅଫ ମ୍ୟାନେଜମେଣ୍ଟ ଆଣ୍ଡ ରିସର୍ଚ୍ଚରୁ ଏମବିଏ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ଏମବିଏ ଶେଷ କରିବା ପରେ ଜ୍ୟୋତି ଦେଶପାଣ୍ଡେ ବ୍ରିଟେନର ଏକ ଫାର୍ମ ମାଇଣ୍ଡଶେୟାର ମିଡିଆରେ ନିଜର ଏକ ପଦ ହାସଲ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ସେତେବେଳେ ଜଣେ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ପରାମର୍ଶଦାତା ଥିଲେ । ତା’ପରେ ସେ ଜି ନେଟୱାର୍କ ପାଇଁ ସେଲ୍ସ ଆଣ୍ଡ ମାର୍କେଟିଂ ହେଡ ଭାବରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ଜି' ପାଇଁ କାମ କରିବା ପରେ ଏକ ବିଜ୍ଞାପନ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଜେମ୍ସ ୱାଲ୍ଟର ଥମ୍ପସନ ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ କାମ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଇଥିଲେ । ସେ ଜଣେ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ପରିଚାଳନା ଦଳର ସଦସ୍ୟ ଅଟନ୍ତି ଯିଏକି ୧୯୯୯ରୁ ୨୦୦୧ ମଧ୍ୟରେ B4U ଟେଲିଭିଜନ ନେଟୱାର୍କ ଗଠନ କରିଥିଲେ ।[୧୫]
୨୦୧୮ ମସିହାରେ, ସେ ମିଡିଆ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ ଆଣ୍ଡ କଣ୍ଟେଣ୍ଟର ସଭାପତି ଭାବରେ ରିଲାଏନ୍ସ ଇଣ୍ଡଷ୍ଟ୍ରିଜରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇ ସିଧାସଳଖ ମୁକେଶ ଅମ୍ବାନୀଙ୍କୁ ରିପୋର୍ଟ କରିଥିଲେ ।[୧୬][୧୭]
