Usage
ସମ୍ପାଦନାThis is {{Cleanup|reason = reason for cleanup|date = month/year (e.g. January 2011)}}.
For example {{Cleanup|reason = the article is full of incorrect capitalisation|date = January 2011}} - would display as:

Place this template at the top of the page or section needing clean up.
If suitable, use a more specific clean up template. Because this tag is general, identify the specific problems in the reason field - detail can be provided on the page's talk page.
