Abt birthplace of Buddha

I have found here a statement saying "ଇତିହାସ ଅନୁସାରେ ବୁଦ୍ଧଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମ ପୁରାତନ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବା କଳିଙ୍ଗର ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ନିକଟରେ ଥିବା କପିଳେଶ୍ଵର ଜନପଦରେ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଅଶୋକଙ୍କ ଶିଳାଲେଖ, ଜଉଗଡ଼ର ଶିଳାଲେଖ ଓ ସେକାଳରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ପ୍ରଚଳିତ ଭାଷା ପାଳି ଭାଷାର ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବୌଦ୍ଧ ଧର୍ମଗ୍ରନ୍ଥ ତ୍ରିପିଟକର ଭାଷାରୁ ଏକଥା ପ୍ରମାଣ ମିଳିଥାଏ " which, I am not mistaken translates "According to history, Buddha was born in ancient Orissa or Kalinga's Kapileshwar, which is near Bhuwaneshwar. Ashok's inscription, (other) inscriptions, and the fact that Pali (the language of Tripitaka) derived languages are used in Orissa prove this point." This is followed by "ତେବେ କିଛି ଗବେଷକଙ୍କ ମତରେ ବୁଦ୍ଧଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମ ନେପାଳର କପିଲବାସ୍ତୁ ଠାରେ । " which translates "but some archaeologists believe that Buddha was born in Kapilavastu, Nepal." It links to four sources as its reference all of which point to scholars arguing in favor of Kapileshwar as the birthplace of Buddha. However, none of them have conclusively proven anything which has been accepted by peer Buddhalogists worldwide. I am not an expert in Buddhist history. However, at the moment, on the basis of evidences available, the global Buddhists community regard Kapilavastu as the birthplace of Buddha. The UN, all Buddhist nations, and all Buddhist sects (Mahayana, Theravada, Bajrayana etc) take this as a fact and have constructed viharas, gompas and other commemorative structures (in Kapilavastu) commemorating this fact. It is what wikipedia (of any language) should adhere to. If the people arguing in favor of Kapileshwar can convince the global Buddhist expert communities, then the above lines can be stated as such in wikipedia. Till then, the article should go along the lines of "Buddha was born in Kapilavastu, Nepal". Period. One can point out the other claims including ones from Kapileshwar, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar etc in a following sentence or in a separate section for such claims.
