I just have one question for shiju and tinu, If an admin in malayalam wikipedia is obsessed with Karintamil and edits/writes in karintamil, changes the spellings of most of the words in all the articles/templates/instructions in malayalam wikipedia to karintamil. Starts behaving in a bureaucratic fashion by not accepting any suggestions, rather feels or believes what he or she thinks is correct, will you accept the admin or oppose the admin..To me an admin should be neutral..And in case of odia wikipedia, be willing to use the real literary odia used in books, newspapers, education, governmental organisations, communication, etc. and not some hypothetical ancient Odia, which is not accepted at any quarter, be it education, governmental works, newspapers, books & communications. This has been going on for a while here to an extent that most of the words, templates & instructions are not in the proper odia, and they ain't being changed, neither is the changes done by others accepted by the admin. --[[User:Zephyrmaten|ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ମହାନ୍ତି]]
I agree with Sambidhan Mohanty | What do we want from wikipedia ? some information which is available to all and which everyone can understand. Or something which I might have mastered at and I will write in a language which I will think is the best dialect to be writen ? Every language has many dialects and we do not write them, but here at Odia wikipedia it is being done on a basis which no one uiunderstands, someone proclaims to be a genius at some language and he forces it on everyone. ??? How come that be accepted ? Is the government fool, are all the literates fools who speak and write the language, is the thousand years of development of a language a nothing ? Why should someone force something on everyone which no one understands and rather I would say this will only distract everyone. If you wish to show your genius go and create your own media and show it, dont forrce it on a public media like wikipedia.
We live in present and not in some hypothetical era where the language was degraded. We can not advocate the language which does not have any writen evidences. If someone thinks that this is the root of the original odia, that does not mean we all must abide by that and agree to what ever foolish things that are posted on the posts of the wikipedia.
While we at our end are trying to change that, our changes are being discarded??? And the depiction on the front page of the wikipedia are all wrong, how do we change that ??? It is for the betterment of the Odia wikipedia that we are praying for a change in the administratorship. If it is heard, that is alright, else, there is no doubt we can see again another 8-10 years of bad days for wikipedia.

===My Sugesstion===
One a day there are big issue arise in Odia wiki about Standard Wiki/Standard term/Pali Odia etc. I am sharing my experience attached with Bengali Wikipedia where near 21 dialects exist. When ever you find any issue regarding any Odia words, follow the below steps to achieve Standard Odia. My suggestion is below to Odia wikipedia community. We follow the same steps for our Bengali Wikipedia
1. Discuss that word in this page mean Village pump. During discussion please Be polite ,Assume good faith and Avoid personal attacks. If any user thinks other Wikipedian use Pali or some hypothetical ancient Odia or not Standard Odia etc , please submit/recommend alternative Standard Odia with reliable, verifiable proof.
2. There should be a regulating institute, who regulate Odia/Oriya Language. I heard that “'''Utkala sammilani'''” is a non official regulating institute. There may be any printed document regarding Standard Odia. ( as like our Bengali language Regulated by Bangla Academy ,Bangladesh Paschimbanga Bangla Akademi ,West Bengal, they published lots of works, we adopted this for Bengali Wikipedia after discussion ) . Check that word, what they recommend.
3. If there is no regulating institute, Check current/present printed media, online media.(newspaper/magazine etc). They should always use Standard Odia. Here you find alternative regular word used in Odia.
