Is there any specific learning that can be helpful both for you and for the community? Sailesh is often super eager to start many campaigns and programs. Many of us have told him time and again, and I would like to share the same here. Over time, we have learned that the number of events, the substantial growth because of one event matter less than the quality. So, if one event/activity/partnership can be a complete one with some research and assessment (particularly the risk assessment) before the interventions, and evaluation of the work post-activity, that would be more valuable than multiple partnerships with no clear sense of the impact. I have personally made this mistake many a times and would like to request to no go in the same path.
