'ଚତୁର୍ଥୀ' ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରପକ୍ଷର ଚତୁର୍ଥ ଦିବସ - ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଚତୁର୍ଥ କଳାର ହ୍ରାସ ବା ବୃଦ୍ଧିଜନିତ [[ତିଥି]] । [[ତୃତୀୟା]]ର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଓ [[ପଞ୍ଚମୀ]]ର ପୂର୍ବବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ତିଥି୤ କୃଷ୍ଣ ପକ୍ଷର ଚତୁର୍ଥୀକୁ କୃଷ୍ଣା ଚତୁର୍ଥୀ ଓ ଶୁକ୍ଳ ପକ୍ଷର ଚତୁର୍ଥୀକୁ ଶୁକ୍ଳା ଚତୁର୍ଥୀ କୁହାଯାଇଥାଏ ।
