ପାଳ ଛତୁ
ପାଳ ଛତୁର ବୈଜ୍ଞାନିକ ନାମ Volvariella volvacea (ଭୋଲ୍ୱାରିଏଲା ବୋଲବାସିଆ) ଅଟେ । ଏହା ମୁଖ୍ୟତଃ ବର୍ଷା ଋତୁର ଆରମ୍ଭରେ ପାଳ ଗଦାରେ ଫୁଟିଥାଏ ।
